His main interests are in the areas of philosophy of law, social and political philosophy, theoretical and applied ethics He is the author of several books, Inclusive Legal Positivism (translated into Spanish in the collection Filosofía y Derecho, Marcial Pons), Free Expression: Essays in Law and Philosophy (ed., 1994), A Common Law Theory of Judicial Review. The Living Tree (2007, also published in Spanish in our collection).
